About This Series

The American Endurance Racing national series runs 7-hour and 14-hour multi-class endurance races primarily at Northeast and Mid-Atlantic circuits. AER uses a performance-based classification system that accommodates cars from budget beaters to fully prepared race cars, with separate class championships ensuring fair competition at every level. The series is known for professional race management and a welcoming atmosphere.

Format

Endurance races of 7 or 14 hours. Teams of 2-4 drivers share a car. Multi-class competition (EC, ES, EP, EU) with class and overall results.

Season Length

6-8 race events, March through October

Weekend Format

Friday practice and tech, Saturday race (7-hour) or Saturday-Sunday (14-hour)
