Independent racing and HPDE coaches are some of the most skilled, passionate professionals in motorsport. They teach drivers how to be faster, safer, and more confident on track. Yet the industry they operate in has almost no digital infrastructure.
Coaches manage their businesses through email, spreadsheets, and word of mouth. Drivers find coaches through forum posts, Facebook groups, and paddock conversations. There is no central marketplace, no standardized booking system, no transparent pricing, and no way to compare coaches objectively.
DriverForge exists to fix this. We are building the first purpose-built platform for independent racing coaches — a marketplace that makes coaches discoverable, a booking system that eliminates friction, and a business toolkit that lets coaches focus on coaching instead of administration.

The independent coaching market consists of roughly 55 to 80 coaches operating across the United States. These coaches offer a wide range of services — from basic in-car instruction to advanced data analysis, mental performance coaching, and full race weekend support.
Despite high expertise, the market is characterized by digital immaturity. Our Phase 2 research found that a third of coaches have minimal web presence, more than half do not publish pricing, and the vast majority lack online booking capabilities. This creates friction for both coaches seeking clients and drivers seeking coaching.
