About This Class
Super Touring represents the upper tier of SCCA production-based racing, allowing extensive modifications to create highly competitive touring cars. The class structure (STU, STL, STO, STP) accommodates everything from aggressively modified lightweight cars to turbocharged all-wheel-drive machines. Super Touring attracts experienced racers who enjoy the engineering challenge of car development alongside competitive driving. Fields are smaller than spec classes but the level of competition is exceptionally high.
